Mary MeeBee Day 2009
All I can say is..."I go ice cream?"
Mary and I played at three different parks, befriended a stow-away moth, did lots of jumping, got free ice cream, and basically had a most wonderful day together.

Emily MeeBee Day 2009
Too much fun on Kirkwood Avenue in Bloomington. LPs, $3 platinum wigs, "Bobby" sightings, local food, ginger/lime/lemon juice, cats, art supplies, vintage shoes, prairie dresses, books, noodles, lotus-pattern research...it doesn't get much better than that.

2009 Swim Season
And what a great season it was! Records broken, Jell-O consumed, chlorine ingested. All in a summer's work.

Sam and Henry MeeBee Day 2009
Sam's age = 37...no, 29
Henry's age = 25
"Do you find yourself tripping when you walk?"
"That's not your forté."
"Don't flip, potato chip!"
"Flaming layup drillz!"
"His nose...he has no nose!" "Yes he did! It was enormous!"
These quotes were brought to you by the Phantom of the Opera, reminding you to always keep a hand up to prevent a noose attack.

William MeeBee Day 2009
We visited the Earth and Spirit Center Garden, went to church, made zucchini-lemon muffins, helped with hospitality after church, went to Kentucky Kingdom, played with puzzles, had dinner with cousins, played with the Cheat and some kittehs, researched Power Rangers, and generally enjoyed our time together.

Grace, Margaret and Clara MeeBee Days 2009
It was soooo hot! But we stayed cool by trolley hopping, dancing, checking out art exhibits (VSA Side by Side, watercolors, Frankfort Avenue, Mellwood...), swimming, diving, paying a visit to the Earth and Spirit Center garden, exploring the Francisco Farm Art Fair in Midway, painting a rain barrel, making hats from paper, doing watercolors in MeeBee's studio, picking beans from the Brown garden, and meeting lots of new friends (human, animal, vegetable...).

New Mexico
Don't let the chili peppers fool you; New Mexico was so much colder than we expected. But what an amazing amount of inspiration within a two-mile radius of our downtown Santa Fe hotel! Such a different climate, culture, landscape and color palette than Kentucky.
